Blind cords have caused the death of young children. Child safe devices must be installed on your Vertical, Roller or chain operated Roman blinds so that they are not a strangulation hazard. 

 
Instructions:
  • Pass cord and or chain through the bottom of the device
  • Insert screw
  • Pull down with light tension
  • Screw into place
